The White Hotel
The White Hotel
I was the venue’s primary creative Lighting Engineer & Multimedia Artist for five years, adding my flare and offering my expertise to the magical venue in Salford.
On the 21st of October 2017, The Flasher was born. After visiting the venue, I jumped on the lighting desk at a Limbo Radio event and was asked to return a week later for a debut performance at a Posh Isolation label showcase.
This led me to be the resident designer, visual & lighting director for The White Hotel, dealing with all of the live productions that took place within the venue’s walls. Due to my skills and attentive nature, I was the lead resident at the venue until the end of 2021.
The White Hotel was a special venue for me to perform. Continuing my love and passion for lighting and creating a special experience for audiences in a place, I would call a spiritual home.
I have been very lucky to have made such a positive impact on Manchester’s underground nightlife working hard to deliver thought-provoking, meaningful experiences for audiences within the industrial independent environment.
I’m delighted to have been a part of The White Hotel’s intimate experience for so long and excited to see it develop over the years to come.
